Fill Out The Submission Form

•

No More Than Five Distinct Artwork Entries Per Artist Permitted.

•

Works Must Be Original and Created By The Artist.

•

Image Files Must be JPEG and 1200 Pixels On The Longest Side.

•

Video Files Can Be No Larger Than 10mb Each.

•

Artists Submitting Three-dimensional Work May Be Asked To Help With Installation Or Obtain Pedestals. 

•

Entrants Will Be Notified Of Acceptance Status At The Email Provided In The Submission Process.

•

Entries Must Be Submitted By 11:59 p.m. CT on May 25, 2025

•

All Accepted Work Must Be Ready To Hang With Hardware And Installation Instructions Included.

•

2D Work Must Be Framed And Wired For Hanging. Exceptions To This Can Be Made For Large Installation Pieces Or Works Where Being Unframed Is Integral To The Work.

•

Works Must Be Hand-delivered To The New hRAD Location At 324 N. 12th St. During The Available Times Listed Below by June 29, 2025.

•

After Acceptance, Artists Will Sign An Exhibition Loan Agreement.

•

Artists May Not Substitute Another Work For An Accepted Work, Alter A Work, Or Withdraw A Work After It Has Been Accepted. The hRAD Gallery Committee Reserves The Right To Refuse Any Entry That Does Not Match The Image Submitted Or Meet The Criteria.

•

Include The Artist’s Name, Contact Information (E-mail, Phone Number), Title Of Work, Dimensions, Media, And Year Completed, Affixed To The Back Of Framed Work Or The Bottom Of 3d Work.
